Andrew's family meets with the Smith family every winter at a huge cabin in the rocky mountains each year as usual. One day, 12-year-old Andrew and 15 years old Audrey of the Smith's family, go out to a tall snowy cliff they found the year before. Audrey teases Andrew by walking close to the cliff but her prank soon turns into something not so funny when both fall from the cliff. Andrew wakes up at the bottom of the cliff with multiple cuts and an injured leg. Next to him is Audrey who lays unconscious with many wounds and a broken arm. Neither can climb the cliff or go around. So, the only way now for the two to survive is for Andrew to carry Audrey on his shoulders as they make their way straight ahead...
