Kastumi Yagami is a transfer student who has the quirk Climate change. she is introverted and shy. But one day during hero training Yagami and Kaminari were chosen to be partners in hero training for a project. The two of them become good friends along the way and even, caught feelings? throughout the story she must cope with her social anxiety in order to be her best self and a good hero. Kastumi's friendship with Kaminari guides her to a more social lifestyle, bringing out the happier Kastumi that everyone knows and loves.

10 years have passed since the class 1-A from UA High school has last seen each other. Kyoka Jirou was now a hard worker at a guitar shop at the center of her city in Japan.
