Rebecca Decker, unidentical twin sister of Theo Decker and best friends with Theo's girlfriend Grace Hurley. Fighter in training, who has and still smokes and drinks since their mother died, their dad is with his girlfriend Xandra. Rebecca is a quater Russian and has a strong sort of accent, where as Theo isn't anywhere near the same as Rebecca. One day Theo comes home with a boy named Boris who happens to be Russian.
