He is a dick to most people but under that sheet he is actually still the loving and caring boy that Amy used to love. He doesn't struggle with much except the loss of his father, he didn't die he just split from his mother, he desperately needs a father figure back in his life as he cannot handle all the pressure, he is bound to crack.
