This is the story of a neglected Izuku Yagi the son of Toshinori Yagi (All Might) and Inko Yagi (Psistorm) who is the brother of Izuma Yagi. Falsely diagnosed as quirkless due to a lab error Izuku Yagi spends the first 3 years after the age of 4 being bullied and tormented by his friends and neglected by his parents who only spend time with his brother Izuma Yagi, only his brother who still cares and continues to be there for him.
However, soon Izuku shall meet a kid that will change his life for the better as Izuku will discover that he wasn't ever quirkless. As such, Izuku shall rise to fame and power as the Hero of Hope: Ivor. The hero that holds the world.
