Read... and then forget

In this enormous world, I only exist in your mind and maybe, someday, in your soul.
Perhaps we will meet, as you read the letters so carefully. We will see as the world carries on, my dear.

Before starting your lecture, promise me that after my novel's last lines fade into your eyes, you will go back to your life. You will start figuring yourself out, instead of empathyzing with me. This is all I can ever ask for. I will live though you, in the back of your mind, until the end of times.
