Viola Herrera has given up too many times. She quit cheer, soccer, her summer job, her ivy league plans, and her previous relationship after a single nightmare-fueled year became far too much to manage. Viola has a plan to secure her place in Mesmer's College of the Arts. It involves her crush, the brooding, artsy, and passionate Orsino Villalobos. His talent for theater is her inspiration, and if she has to pose as a man so she can bypass his stupid rules, then so be it. But things get complicated when Orsino asks for her help in wooing the lonely and grieving Olivia Marrie. The same beautiful Olivia Marrie in her theater class, and the same Olivia Marrie who has fallen in love with Cesario, Viola in disguise.
