To her family she is this nerdy straight A's loner students who can hardly waterbend. But in reality she is probably the most powerful waterbender at her private school. Plus she is awesome at hand-to-hand combat. She lives this life because she join this group not to long ago to stop people in the black market in the southern tribe. But one faithful day her dad sends her a note saying that she will attend Republic High with her brother. Now even more she has to keep her identity hidden from her loved ones since most of her enemies come from the black market in Republic city. Can she keep her identity hidden and keep safe her love ones or will she make new friends and put them endangered?

If I could officially write a canon story that would allow Zukka to happen it would be this one and it takes place right after the comics. The Hunger Games had been a tradition for 100 years. And that year wasn't any different. Each district gave up two teenagers for the Games, one bender and one nonbender. They would fight to the death to see which district was the best that year. However, this year, something was different. The people in the Games were different this year. And they were ready to storm the Capitol at nightfall. --- Katara hated her life. Everything about it sucked, but there was nothing she could do to make it better. And then it got even worse when she was chosen to be in the Hunger Games. She was the bender from District 4, and the nonbender that got chosen was - get this - her brother, Sokka. Their lives couldn't get any better, right? When they made it to the Capitol, they realized how unskilled they were. Most of the other people had an unfair advantage to the Games - they had been training for it their whole lives. Katara was terrified of the Games. However, there was a certain anger growing in her. She wouldn't die in the Games. No, she would live just to spite everyone who doubted her. That spite spurred her through the Games. It gave her the drive to take care of the kid from District 10 who was also doubted. It gave her the drive to go along with the uprising, to storm the Capitol at nightfall. This story takes place after the war has settled. Aang and Katara finally together, Zuko the firelord, Sokka being,...well Sokka, Toph happy and never to return home, and the nations were finally at peace. When team Avatar decides to return to the southern water tribe to visit Sokka and Katara's family, they end up bringing Zuko along, giving him a well deserved break of running the fire nation. However, feelings start to make themselves known. Feelings that Aang doesn't like, little does he know he ends up pushing Katara into the arms of the edgy firebender, which was the last thing he was trying to do. Will this new romantic relationship tear team Avatar apart? Will it make them stronger? Will Katara's new found heated relationship be accepted by her tribe? Can the group move past it, and continue on? Will Aang ever get over Katara and find someone new? Knowing it's never easy ridding the feeling of that first love. On a different note Azula, the sister of the new firelord, has been in prison for quite some time, there is obviously no way of her being released on good behavior.
