Clay isn't able to go to school after he gets diagnosed with gastroparesis, a partial paralysis of the stomach. The daily usage of liquid food through his nose tube, extreme stomach pains and frequent throwing up are now the main topics of his life which drives him to absolute madness... After George gets kicked out from his home, he needs to live on the streets and survive on his own as an underaged boy.
