Experiment X.I.7 is an experiment conducted by the Japanese to configure and achieve genetic, brain, and muscle mutation. Though, they need 13 highschoolers to achieve this goal. Sadly, they must need to kidnap them.

When twins Skylar and Jake were born, their scientist parents used them as an experiment. Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum. His best friend Gracie was an experiment. What type of experiment, you ask. Well everyone here is a hybrid between human and some other animal. Most people can tell you exactly which breed of animal and what percentage of that animal they are. Jacob can tell you that he is mixed with a dove. He can't tell you any more that that though.
