Experiment X.I.7 is an experiment conducted by the Japanese to configure and achieve genetic, brain, and muscle mutation. Though, they need 13 highschoolers to achieve this goal. Sadly, they must need to kidnap them.

Each was injected with a dose of serum that would supposedly make them much stronger, smarter, simply better than other kids. But somebody added a chemical that changed the effects of the serum. As a result each twin got only half of the traits they were originally supposed to get. Skylar got the strength and speed while Jake got the brains.
