The Hero's Daughters From Different Mothers

So basically Link finds a second mirror of twilight in Hyrule Castle, visits Midna, gets drunk, has sex with her, and she gets pregnant with his kid: all while he is engaged to Zelda. Then while sober he gets Zelda pregnant. He has to keep it a secret from Zelda that the kid Midna is is his's kid too so he isn't hanged for treason. Then a bunch of stuff happens and the story gets off track so I have no idea where it's going anymore.
