"Okay so, what colour are my eyes?" he throws a skittle in his mouth and I squint my eyes trying to get a closer look.
"Well, to me they are grey with flecks of a lighter grey but if I had to guess...blue?" he chuckled softly, shaking his head.
"My eyes are green but you know....close"

Cynical Souls
COMPLETED✅ Two high school teenagers finding themselves, analyzing this ever changing world, and building love. This is the type of love you wish you found in high school but probably know way too well that it only exists as fiction. Today I'm turning my fiction to reality. ❣️•••❣️ Excerpt: Just as I was about to seek shelter under some building's roof, the tires of a car come to a halt, I wonder who might pity the lonely girl walking in the rain. The passenger window rolls down, and I spot the most unexpected person seated behind the wheel. "Get in" comes out his voice, and I must've stood there agape for a few moments because next comes his rhetorical question. "Are you getting in or continuing walking in the rain?" Eyebrows raised expectantly. He sounds annoyed, like he regrets his decision to ever stop and help me. ❣️•••❣️ #5 in cynical #2 in loveandfriendship #1 in opinionated #4 in ihatelife #10 in nerdgirl #10 in HighschoolRomance #26 in GoodGirlBadBoy *contains mature themes. *contains cursing.Complete
(#1) Roommates by Day, Enemies by Night
WARNING: CONTAINING AMOUNTS OF SASS PREVIOUSLY UNKNOWN TO MANKIND In the city of NYC--- Ok. Hold up. First of all, New York City. What, are ya gonna assume everyone here knows what NYC is? Anyway, this is about two people. I can almost hear you rolling your eyes. Another cliché teen fiction with a bad boy and a good girl? Nope. This is about superheroes. I can still hear you rolling your eyes. Superheroes. Like in comic books? Like people with super speed and mutant powers? Yes. But this isn't about the fight they have. More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing. And if you can name all the references in this book, you truly are a gift to mankind. Fangirl out.Complete
Paralell
- scrapped because my writing is terrible in this book and i'm no longer invested in the characters - Valentina Jones has always despised Vincent Pierce, but that's only because she's reciprocating the hatred. With Vincent and the two mean girls at school always making fun of her, she is done with everyone's bullshit, but will a drunk encounter between her and Vincent change everything? ** "I just want to forget everything. I want my brain to shut off." I sigh heavily, leaning back on the chair, and putting my head on the counter. "You might regret that in the morning," He chuckles, looking over at me. "You know what else I will regret? Having these thoughts about you that infiltrate my mind." I hiccup, then sip from my bottle again. "You are starting to spill your secrets." He leans his head in his hand, staring at me. I hiccup again, "Wanna hear more?" They might fool around, but said they said they would never speak of it again and that it was the first and last time. Though, they might be wrong. They both have their secrets, that they will tell each other eventually. I guess they really are parallel to one another. use of the n word angst sexual content![[kodachrome]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/353007492-256-k353702.jpg)
[kodachrome]
Life is as intense as you allow it to be. Some people bring overwhelming joy; others leave wounds that never fully close. [kodachrome] is a journal born from that intensity, where healing through words becomes the only way to survive what cannot be forgotten. Rather than blurring pain into shades of gray, this collection paints it in color: memories, almost-loves, resentment, longing, and the quiet aftermath of heartbreak. Like a kodachrome photograph, each piece is vivid and emotional, preserving moments that shaped a soul in an era filled with sadness. This book contains poetry, short stories, and intimate reflections, written as an act of release, a way of forgiving without forgetting, of remembering without losing oneself. * Mostly fictional, inspired by real emotions and past experiences. 📌 https://pin.it/56l6eI7mQ

I stare at Matt's face as he looks down, concentrating on the game. I can tell he's so angry. He's holding it in his jaw, he's clenching his teeth. He's up in his head and I don't know what's going on up there but I just know it's not good. Even if I get him back out now, I know that he's going to overthink everything later tonight. "Matty, it's ok." I whisper. He immediately looks up and finds my eyes. His blue eyes are bluer than normal. Impossibly blue. Not even a gray blue. But a pure, brilliant blue. "It's not ok, Rach. I fucking hate him." His swear catches me off guard a bit. But my eye contact doesn't waver. "Thank you." "You're welcome." My favorite color immediately changes to blue. --------------- Two childhood friends have spent a lifetime battling demons. Will life ever give them a break? I'm In Love With Me?
Why was there a boy in my room? There was a boy in my room! "Shoo, shoo." I whacked him with the umbrella as he backed up next to the window. All I did was make a wish. Just a few words I called a sentence and a few sentences I called a paragraph. How was I supposed to know that it would turn out like this. What even was this? I was him. He was me. We were...we? "How can I be you!" I shouted in panic. This wasn't making sense. He? Me? We're...us? "Because I'm you." He answered calmly and my mouth dropped open. Wait, what? "How can you be me and I, you?" I bellowed, confused. This was way too much for the little brain cells I had left. "You're a boy!" "Okay, now that's just being sexist." He stated, leaning against my book case with a grin on his face. What the hell was going on!? ************************** Lenna Adams was living no easy life. Her once perfect family was now in ruins.
