"Since there has been a large target for females of an Alpha family or the Alpha's Luna, the council has decided, as soon as an Alpha female reaches 12 years of age or potential Alpha mates (any female) will have to go to Luna Academy to learn how to defend themselves and their pack against attacks as well as the roles of an Alpha Female."
