Kain Walker, the heir to the top yakuza gang died by the hands of his lover. 

When he awoke, he was greeted by BPS otherwise known as Bully the Protagonist System. BPS tells Kain that if he is able to successfully bully the protagonist he will have the chance to go back to his previous world for revenge.

Kain's mission to bully the book's protagonist, Harry Potter in order for Harry to grow and progress his potential as the main character.
