the wolf the Owl and the panther

long ago in a large tribe of animal shifters in the middle of the forest there were three siblings, the eldest brother the wolf shifter, the middle sister the owl shifter, and the youngest brother the panther shifter, the panther was shunned and kicked out as a child because he was gay. the panthers siblings missed their brother and hated their parents for shunning him for something so ridiculous, so they took over their parents tribe and found their brother welcoming him back into the tribe, after some convincing and a heartfelt reunion the panther agreed and the three of the ruled the tribe together in harmony, it was the panthers job to protect the tribe, the wolf's job to lead and unite the tribe, and it was the owls job to spread wisdom and knowledge throughout the tribe. things were going well with the tribe and the siblings...or so the wolf thought, in reality his younger brother the panther was struggling with tribe life, he had gotten so used to living alone and just going wherever the wind took him that now he was in a tribe again he felt....lonely and misplaced. The wolf noticed his brother seemed off so he offered to help his brother, but the stubborn panther refused. He didn't want to burden the wolf, but in the end his stubbornness lead to strong feelings of resentment which lead to a huge fight between the brothers. After the fight their sister attempted to get the brothers to make amends but they refused. confused, lonely, and hurt the panther brother ran away from the tribe and the wolf brother now also hurt and worried for his brother went on a search for his brother
