Mabel Hanson, 15 and already possibly headed on the wrong path.

Gabe Moore, 16 and well..life isn't looking to good for him.

They come together as best friends in elementary school, fighting through whatever they can together. As they get older, Gabe chooses any girl over Mabel whom has the biggest crush on him; he doesn't know. Gabe basically becomes a man whore. Mabel? She keeps to her self except when it comes to him.
She is always telling him things. And in some cases they end up in fights. She hopes for a soon relationship but they can't get over their trauma; causing them to "drift" apart. But not in the way you think..

Mabels mother is addicted to Opioid painkillers...
Gabes father is an alcoholic, and never stops drinking unless he's nocked out drunk, or asleep.

They try and face life together, while suffering through high-school aswell.
