orphan to celebrity (1D fanfic)

Alina is a 5 year old girl that never got adopted but when she did she never stayed in the house more than 2 weeks.She has quit school because of bullying she also gets bullied at the orphanage because of her eye colour that is a very light shade of green and because she was abandoned by her parent, that didn't like her, why would people other than her parents like her then?. She cuts, drinks and eats pills but that will be explained in the story. What will happen when 1D enters her life will she open up? or will she be scared shy mute and vulnerable like she has always been.
