Lucille Von Dalca was only 13 years old when her father Count Von Dalca passes away from a mysterious illness. With her mother long since passed due to the birth of Lucille the full role of heir fell onto her brother 16 year old Alexander who only was interested in the elaborate parties and chances to be in others beds rather to actually manage the estate. That role silently fell onto the younger of the siblings who very much took her new role seriously. She was quite the opposite of her older brother while he was a playboy socialite she would rather spend her time drinking tea while reading a good book. As well as she'd much rather would plan every little detail of a party than actual attend it.

Both royal siblings since their father's death have been getting proposal after proposal both of them declining every one. Alexander for the lack of actually wanting to be tied down to one wife and Lucille for simply not wanting to give up her power over the estate to any man who would then start ruling her life.
