I stared quietly at the blank sheets of paper on my desk. The pen tapped tapped tapped in my hand. There was only Five Words, Twenty Letters... Love Letters to the dead. Now this is my first one, but what the hell did I get myself into?

Hi. I guess I could te you about this so far. My name is Zoe, Age 17. I have high grades at school, but then my teacher picks a random assignement for me in writing class. My favorite.
But it was Love Letters To The Dead.
When I started sending them, I never put an address to them, just made a paper airplane and blew it out the window.
But I guess it found him.
But the most unexpected happened. He sent back.

Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete

Not The Last {Rough Draft}
~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
