Whatever the company achieves or loses, is because of its employees and the level of planning of the management. So, the credit for the firm's prosperity should be given to them and if the firm faces loss then the employees are the ones to be held responsible. The employees are the ones who make a company functional, without them the company is nothing as they are the ones who use and know to operate the machines that make human work easier. If the company does not share the credit of achievement with its employees, the end of that company is coming nearer and nearer every day.
The companies take up projects on the basis of the capabilities of its employees and the level of planning of the management, which goes in the ration of 70:30 i.e. the major result of the project depends upon the quality performance of the employees of the firm. Mr. Shailesh Rajpal, Founder, and Director of Rajpal Group of Companies are one of those people who never fail to encourage as well as acknowledge on every occasion of the firm's achievement as well as prosperity. He always says that whatever the role of the employee maybe, but if he/she does it with great responsibility and trust then no one can deny the firm from being a high achiever and prosperous.
Mr. Shailesh Rajpal is a true worshipper of teamwork as he believes that nothing is possible without a good team and the spirit of doing work they together depict.
