Sent to a mental institution for a horrific crime, Angel quickly bonds with the other boys in the ward, forming friendships with them over time under the guidance of their compassionate doctor. Just as the boys begin making real progress, they wake up to find that their meds, meals, and even their own doctor have been cut off, leaving them trapped in their ward. With the danger of their meds wearing off and leaving them open to depression, suicidal thoughts and even turning on each other, the boys must find a way to escape and find out what happened on the outside before it's too late.

Six people trapped in a chamber not knowing what to expect. Until one of them talks before it's their turn.. they find out VERY quickly what they are not SUPPOSED to do.
