"How do I sacrifice my life for a world that I never even knew existed?" It was the first day of vacation when Alina's entire world flipped upside down. After discovering a dragon egg in her backyard, Alina falls into a trance and literally falls into the egg, only to wake up at the Dragon Academy in the magical world of Draiocht with no way to get home.
Just after getting enrolled into the Academy, she hears startling news that Morose, the Dark Master, has arisen after centuries of being presumed dead. Upon discovering that she has magical powers, Alina teams up with her friends to discover the truth about the Academy's former master and they end up getting in way over their heads. Through daily battles to survive, Alina finds herself in an underground prison with no escape and is forced to find courage as the ancient evil that rose again from the shadows threatens to take her life away. At the end of the day Alina will have to decide if she is ready to risk all that she has left to save this new reality.
