Mixed Up Magic!

In a word of Magic and monsters, only a handful of creatures are given the title of Legendary, and these creatures are allowed to Link their Spirits with those they select, and when they do, they are able to give those select the power to control the very elements around them.
But what happened when a creature of Legendary Darkness links themselves to one who is not of sound mind? Death, carnage and the conquering or cities and villages, and who are the ones who can take on this threat?
