I also used Taylor Swift's song Miss Americana & the Heartbreak Prince as a guide to this book. So basically all the chapters with be lyrics from the song. And what's up with all these mockingjay symbols? "Why?!", yells Res as she enters the room. "I told you to not do that! I told you that over and over again!" Tears start rolling down her face again, washing away dust and dirt. I don't know what to say, it's like I don't have a voice anymore, so I just stand up and go to her. He wasn't sure how his parents would react if their second child was reaped, just as their first had been. Aren's sister had been reaped 10 years prior, for the 58th games, and she didn't make it past the first 24 hours. He worried if his own name was drawn his fate would be similar. But part of him felt, maybe, just maybe,if he was lucky, he could win. I do not own the hunger games franchise or any characters inside of it. The only characters I own are those that I specifically announce are my own.
