Crime had died down and the town lived peacefully with heroes becoming more of a mascot rather than actual crime fighters. Kaminari had made a decent life for himself, not having to worry about villains and evil. However, on a random day, the sudden supernatural death of the second top pro hero rattled the town. A familiar man who Kaminari had watched grow up in the corner of his classroom. Villains were back and it left everybody in shock. Nobody had answers so Kaminari decided to take it into his own hands.
