The world was erupting into chaos. A plague had taken over the globe, controlling the general population and enticing fear among the people. War was brewing within countries which only furthered the panic. Rumors of the apocalypse were circling; saying that The Four Horsemen were fighting to release the Devil onto the world and jumpstart the apocalypse... but Malia didn't believe any of that.

Malia Clay was what you would call unique. A rebel in nature, stubborn in her ways; her opinions were hard to change or alter. She never believed in any of the supernatural mumbo jumbo that everyone went on about, especially in regard to the apocalypse. However, not only was the supernatural nonsense she mocked true and accurate, but she was directly connected to the chaos that it ensued.
