This is a quirkless AU in which Class 1-A of UA all work at United Alliances Hospital, or UA Hospital. They attended school for it, and they all work in different areas.
Some of them are dating each other, and some are not the best kept secret (cough, cough, Katsuki and Izuku, cough, cough). The hospital is not entirely supportive of two workers dating each other, as they believe it distracts them to have a love interest in the work area. Shake my head at you.
Anyway, this is the story of Izuku and Katsuki trying to keep their relationship a secret (which is failing) while trying to focus on work. And when Katsuki is stationed in America, their secrets may just come spilling out before anyone can stop them.

Izumi studies under Higari Maijima , (Power Loader) her quirk is Fairy Wings ( Her quirk allows her to fly(obviously) but her feathers give off two substances, certain feathers have healing properties only she can use the feathers for healing.While others have a dust that can help others to fly. Each day the bullying increases. Since Katsuki has a strong quirk, Izuku and Katsuki decided to make a plan on how to lessen the bullying Izuku gets everyday. Katsuki decided that if he claimed Izuku as his human punching bag, no one would bully Izuku since Katsuki claimed him as his "equipment." Izuku approved that plan, and the plan worked. Katsuki and Izuku got into UA. But... one day, the DekuSquad(besides Izuku) decided that they decided that they wanted to stop pretending as Izuku's friend. So they spread fake information. Katsuki along with his team was in battle. He, Denki, and a few civilians got hit with a quirk that made them fall into a coma. However, in Katsuki comatose state he's also dreaming a world that similar to his reality with a few tweaks. For example at the ripe age of twenty four Pro Hero Dynamight has never had a day off since he graduated from U.A. His birthday is coming up so the Bakusquad make sure he gets a day off and hire a prostitute named Bunny a.k.a Izuku Midoriya for him to relieve some stress with. But Katsuki rejects the idea of having sex with the total stranger and in the end Izuku just stays the night then leaves the next morning. However, a few months later Izuku has to vacate his apartment and has no where to go so Katsuki decides to help the stranger. Dream Izuku's goal is to repay Katsuki. In the real world many Pro heroes are trying to solve the complicated case and find the culprit so they can wake up the victims because come to find out the victims could actually die if they don't wake up from their dream.
