This is a quirkless AU in which Class 1-A of UA all work at United Alliances Hospital, or UA Hospital. They attended school for it, and they all work in different areas.
Some of them are dating each other, and some are not the best kept secret (cough, cough, Katsuki and Izuku, cough, cough). The hospital is not entirely supportive of two workers dating each other, as they believe it distracts them to have a love interest in the work area. Shake my head at you.
Anyway, this is the story of Izuku and Katsuki trying to keep their relationship a secret (which is failing) while trying to focus on work. And when Katsuki is stationed in America, their secrets may just come spilling out before anyone can stop them.

His birthday is coming up so the Bakusquad make sure he gets a day off and hire a prostitute named Bunny a.k.a Izuku Midoriya for him to relieve some stress with. But Katsuki rejects the idea of having sex with the total stranger and in the end Izuku just stays the night then leaves the next morning. However, a few months later Izuku has to vacate his apartment and has no where to go so Katsuki decides to help the stranger. Dream Izuku's goal is to repay Katsuki. In the real world many Pro heroes are trying to solve the complicated case and find the culprit so they can wake up the victims because come to find out the victims could actually die if they don't wake up from their dream.
