When the evil Ultraman Belial returns with his new, deadly, and powerful weapon, the Ultra Battlenizer, he makes it his goal to take over the universe, and get his revenge against the Land of Light yet again, but this time, his plan is bigger than ever. In order for him to challenge all those who oppose him, and gain his monster army, he must gather many powerful artifacts and resources that are scattered throughout the multiverse, and make their powers his own. When the people throughout the dimensions learn about Belial's existence, and his plans to take over and destroy their worlds, they must all come together to put a stop to Belial's plans before it's too late!
