From The Ashes

Colorado native, Aura, was doing well and surviving the apocalypse until 6 months ago the reminants of the US Army took over her town and made her their sex slave. After finding out she is pregnant, Aura knew she needed to get out and find safety in Canada, the only place she knows of that may provide refuge.
Canada is a free country 10 years post apocalypse and the survivors are few. The birthrate has decreased drastically and the famine and war that waged the country have caused the last remaining wolf pack in North America to become desperate.
When little Aura runs through the edge of pack territory, she is easily scented and now is on the run.
Lexus and his pack need fertile females if they have any chance of saving their pack from dying out. Lexus must accept that kidnapping may be their only means of survival and he would do anything for his pack, even sacrifice his true mate to the cause.
Aura is the first fertile female the pack has come into contact with in over 5 years. 121 males, and 16 barren Female wolves make up her kidnappers. What do they want from her? To bear their children back to back until she is of no use to them.
