Anything But Practical

Aiden has been in love with his boss, a widower twice his age, since he first started working at his bookshop a year and a half ago. After spending a drunken night together, Aiden is certain that things between them will have finally changed. But the next morning, Francis behaves as if nothing has happened. Worse, he takes to avoiding Aiden as much as possible, despite the close-quarters of the store in which they work. Frustration abounds, and Aiden begins to wonder if he'll ever be able to prove to Francis that the love he feels for him is genuine.
