After being almost killed, Sanji won't wake up. The whole crew is worried about him, except Zoro. He's terrified. Desperate. After finding Sanji with a wound in his heart, the swordsman wasn't able to fully come to his senses. And every time he closes his eyes the bloody picture of Sanji shows up in his mind.

♔

Zoro burried his face in his captain shouder, crying loudly, almost screaming, his heart hurting as if someone have ripped his chest wide open sliced his heart to pieces then sewed him again.

The Bonds We Gain

3 parts Complete Mature

When Sanji goes missing for three days, Zoro is the one who finds him after the cook has suffered terribly at the hands of a sadistic marine. When the two men are forced to face their conflicting emotions and past traumas, they must keep each other's greatest secret and form an even deeper bond of trust. WARNING: References to rape and torture (not described in detail) and depictions of mildly graphic violence. Please read at your own risk. This fic contains mature themes that may be triggering, and some out-of-character moments due to the seriousness of the topic. Please forgive me if the issue seems downplayed or could have been handled differently, as this was my first and likely only time writing a fic like this. Thank you :)
