Konoha, Miyu was an average student at Yoshō Academy on the fictional island of Yamushō Island in Japan, doing significantly fine with her studies. Until the day she met the most popular guy at school, Tomoto, Yuki, and learned of what he's truly like despite his charming and intelligent kind of being. They learn of how it's like to have a genuine bond and try to adjust to their emotions.

Hazuki Tōketsu is a pretty normal sixteen year old who loves to surf. After something tragic happened in her life, she's finding it hard to find a way out of her misery. Her family decides it would be best for her to move back to her birth place of Japan, for a change of scenery. Besides with dealing with her depression she now has to start a new high school, with all the drama that goes with it and in a country she hasn't been to in years. As Hazuki is making all new friends she finds out someone she has grown close to has started to have feelings for her.
