Kota Izumi was the son of Water Hose heroes and the nephew of the Pro Hero: Mandalay.
He had despised heroes for a long time after his parents had been murdered by a Villain titled Muscular. When he was being attacked by Muscular, A hero-in-training with the hero name Deku, came in and rescued him and brought the villain to custody. Then, He knew he wanted to be a hero.
