She dismiss it as her sleep deprived brain finding her bed more appealing than her locking the door
As well as her paranoid self hoping to find something that isn't there.
But when scenes from her nightmare starts to become true the next day she knew something was wrong.
Hoping to find an answer from her new friend she gets suspicious when every time she brought it up she seemed to be terrified and apparently something else was more important to talk about.
Finally having enough she decides to find out for herself.
