But it's getting to be too much and it's effecting his normal persona. He also has a crush on Katsuki Bakugou- and, would you look at that! Bakugou likes him back! Their relationship moves fast and Kirishima seems to forget his biggest secret. And after that comes: Therapy. Hospital visits. Doctors offices. Worrying parents. Worrying friends. Worrying boyfriends. And so the best thing that Kirishima can think of is to lie.. to get back the happiness that everyone used to feel around him. To destroy that weird awkward feeling of worry that he senses whenever he is around anyone. He just hopes that maybe if he lies to others enough about what's really going on, then maybe he'll start convincing himself. That maybe, just maybe, the problems will go away. WARNING! I know what I'm talking about with the feelings that Eijirou feels, and I know how these things work. I've been hesitant to post this story for a while because I was worried of what people would say about all of it. A good amount of this story is me telling some of my experiences with depression, self harm, anxiety, etc. through Kirishima. All I ask of you as a reader is to please be kind in the comments. Honestly, as cheesy as it sounds, be kind to everyone. You really don't know what they are secretly going through. Bakugo begins to feel inferior and voices whisper inside his head. He has kept up his facade for a while now, making sure there are no imperfections, no way to see through it. But what happens when problems rise to the surface and tip him over the edge? Will he finally open up to people or will he suffer in silence? Trigger warnings/ normal warnings -Self hate -Self harm -depressing thoughts -blackmail -throwing up -bad sleeping habits -swearing(bc it's bakugou ofc) Please note that I'm not in anyway trying to make fun of this stuff nor offend people they are serious issues that people struggle with and if you are struggling with any of these I advise for you to seek help and always feel free to vent in the comments. This story will contain kiribaku(fluff), it will start off platonic and will end romantic, but it will NOT take over the main story its more of a sub plot. Also because kiri will try help Bakugo. Some characters might be out of character at times so I apologise for that. All characters don't belong to me, they belong to horikoshi. The only thing I own is the plot.

Soulmates. The most talked about topic in the world. You can use a special pen to write on your arm. Whatever you write will appear on them. The ink is invisible to everyone, which makes it even harder to find your soulmate. The pen can change colours when the person writing is feeling a different emotion. Most colours have multiple meanings. The shade of the colour depends on how strong or light the emotion is, for example, if your soulmate is extremely angry, the writing will be dark red, when their slightly irritated, the writing would be a light/pastel red. You cannot write certain details to your soulmate, like your name, country, address, school, on your body. You CAN however, give them a nickname that only they can use. You may be wondering, how do you find your soulmate? Well, it's very luck based. You'll feel unnaturally drawn to the person. To finally find out if you're soulmates or not, you'll have to kiss. Once you kiss them, a beautiful bright light surrounds the both of you, binding your souls together for eternity. Kirishima is a bright and bubbly person who is rarely upset. When he IS upset, he doesn't write to his soulmate. Due to his... rough childhood, he never really wrote to his soulmate until the end of middle school. He constantly doodles on his skin but quickly wipes it away even though the ink is invisible and only he can see it. His soulmate, on the other hand, is a handful. Bakugou constantly writes to his soulmate about his problems. When he was a kid, he thought he didn't have a soulmate due to everyone else in his class talking to them as soon as they could write but his would never answer. Once his soulmate finally wrote to him for the first time, he was overly excited, though he wouldn't admit it out loud. He is usually angry so his writing is usually red but his soulmate doesn't mind. THIS IS A NO QUIRK AU AS WELL AS A SOULMATE AU!!! ARTWORK ISNT MINE!!!!!

He suffered through abuse, he suffered through pain, for years he was lonely and depressed. Those memories just keep flooding back to him, he did his best to keep himself mentally stable. Sometime after the provisional hero license exam he got abused by his father in an ally for failing his test. He eventually gotten more mentally unstable, so unstable that he accidentally saw Kirishima as his own dad and attempted to strangle him. His best friend Izuku Midoriya (Deku) was so mad at him that he no longer was his friend. Now with Deku abandoning him he suffers a major depression and hasn't been eating much since, not even cold soba. Can he be saved or will he be stuck in darkness forever. Warning: contains abuse, blood, eating disorder (sort of), violence, self harm, panic attacks, insanity and mental breakdowns. This basically my most sensitive story yet and there is also be trigger warnings. PS: this does not contain any ships with anyone, this is just about Todoroki overcoming depression. Aslo there is no smut cause like I've mentioned several times I don't do smut.
