Hope? Hope is a fragile thing. Something easily broken, yet hard to build. A series of disasters hit the world, reducing it to a shadow of its former self. Hope continues to plummet. A simple sixteen year old wakes up with the dilema of not knowing who he is; where he is; or why his hand was on fire and he wasn't burning. Lance, a person who has forgotten his past searchs the answer for hope.
He finds himself in a group of survivor which is headed by the remains of the military, the leader of the group also holds similair supernatural powers Lance himself has; yet were it so easy.
He is visited constantly by a girl who appears to know who he is and she constantly torments him giving him hints of his horrible past.
And the group of survivors find themselves at odd against a large group of bandits which is led by a man who call himself the King of Bandits, a known killer with similair powers who boasts to be the strongest man in the world.
Lance plays a role in the future of the world; wether embraces it or deny it; he shall decide the future, may he chose to follow the path of justice and good or greed and power; but that is soley his choice and his alone; but what is not his choice is that he will change the future.

My Misconceptions
As an orphan, Emma Johnson never exactly believed in miracles or magic of any kind. Or even the proclaimed superheroes everyone loved. That all changed the fateful night when she was mugged and attacked. At that point in her life, she had come to the conclusion that she wouldn't amount to much, and as she lied half-conscious on the ground, she couldn't help but think that she deserved this kind of death. She didn't want it, but it seemed appropriate to someone with nothing to call her own. Then in swoops in her own personal superman, saving her and taking her back to his place where she wakes up the next day. She is then surprised to find that everything she thought was fake before, was suddenly coming to life before her eyes.
