Hajime Hinata hated the rain, he hated the cold in general but just the idea of even a single drop getting on him revolted him. He hated having wet hair, wet clothes, wet shoes and he hated stepping in puddles or getting splashed by cars.
Unfortunately for Hajime, he doesn't own a car and has to walk to and from work everyday. And it rains, a lot. One day from work he gets splashed by a boy running through a puddle, and although the boy apologized Hajime's mind couldn't help but wander back to the event, there was something special about him.

The Ultimates
Hajime Hinata wasn't expecting much when he won the lottery to attend Hope's Peak Academy. The only reason he applied was so he could guarantee scholarship money to go to the same university as his childhood friend Chiaki. Although he's with kids from school and would most likely get along with them...he feels a strange awkwardness when around them. There's a catch though, Hajime isn't really like the others; he doesn't have an ultimate. Because of that, he thinks the others might look down on him. But there is one student that looks down on him the most, Nagito Komaeda: the ultimate lucky student. He believes since Hajime doesn't have a talent, he's not valid like everyone else and decides to put him down for something he can't control.
