25th March 2015. The day which will go down as one of the darkest days in history. Hearts were broken and tears were shed. 

Zayn thought that he had done a good thing by leaving the band. But seeing the people's reactions, he started to doubt his decision. Was leaving the band a good choice? Was his health and happiness more important than that of the people? Will people ever love him again? What about the boys? What will happen to his career? Will anyone sign him into their record label? Will Simon let him by so easily?

Looking back, Harry can differentiate the stages of it. It started with conscious eating, with trying to know exactly what was in his food and not wanting to put garbage into his body. Gradually, he started to work out more. And then came the restricting, where he slowly reeled back on carbs and fatty foods and sugar. But it wasn't too bad yet. All it was was thinking extra hard about his food choices and avoiding certain things. It was okay. Eventually, it stopped being okay. or, Harry struggles with an eating disorder.
