Detective Shuichi Saihara gets assigned the case of the Phantom thief. Him and his partner Kyoko  are on the hunt for him. Shuichi will do anything to put the thief behind bars. 
Phantom Thief aka Kokichi Ouma is the leader of an organization called DICE. He is very interested in Shuichi, because he's the first detective that went after him continuously. Most gave up on catching him after failing the first try. 
But what happens when they both fall in love while chasing after each other?! (Btw everyone is in their twenties) (None of the amazing art is mine)
