INDEFINITE HIATUS
Izuku does get a quirk and Izuku loves it because, while it's not very conventional or normal, it's his.
But the rest of the world doesn't agree and looks down upon him and his goals for being a hero. Bakugou and the other children and teachers laugh at him for being a weakling, even with a quirk. They mock it as a coward's quirk.
Izuku's quirk is called 'Calm' and when active it causes all those within a 60 meter radius to lose all sense of aggression towards him. The effects linger even after the quirk deactivates or the victim leaves the hit-range. The more often someone is exposed to his quirk the longer and stronger the effects will stay with the person.
The world just created Japan's worst villain.

WARNINGS: This is a villain Deku story so there's bound to be some blood, gore, and maybe death. There's going to be descriptions of bullying (canonical and not) and suicide baiting (canonical and not). I'll add important warnings ahead of chapters if necessary.
Because I'm paranoid this story will be rated mature due to the possible violence that might ensue.

All For One finds the boy and gives him multiple powerful quirks. The villain 'Jigoku' is born, but he has no interest in overtaking society or other typical villainous things. True Chosen Hero
Izuku Midoriya was an unfortunate child who led an unfortunate life. He was diagnosed as Quirkless at the age of four and spent years being bullied and mocked for his disadvantage. At the age of ten he was summoned to a new world that was home to some 'people' who were also from earth. After arriving Izuku eventually realized that he had been granted a special skill and his body was now quite different. He became the ward of a certain Demon Lord who had also called Japan his home once upon a time and it was he who interrupted the ritual to curse him to obey orders given by his summoners, He lived in his new world for eight years learning about his Skill's and Magicules that now existed in his body but never lost the desire to go home. One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. Izuku however saw the flaws of society and decided that he wouldn't follow their rules. He decided to save people no matter the cost and embody the true meaning of the word Hero, Even if he must become a Vigilante to do it. This is the story of the True Chosen Hero Dekiru.
