INDEFINITE HIATUS
Izuku does get a quirk and Izuku loves it because, while it's not very conventional or normal, it's his.
But the rest of the world doesn't agree and looks down upon him and his goals for being a hero. Bakugou and the other children and teachers laugh at him for being a weakling, even with a quirk. They mock it as a coward's quirk.
Izuku's quirk is called 'Calm' and when active it causes all those within a 60 meter radius to lose all sense of aggression towards him. The effects linger even after the quirk deactivates or the victim leaves the hit-range. The more often someone is exposed to his quirk the longer and stronger the effects will stay with the person.
The world just created Japan's worst villain.

WARNINGS: This is a villain Deku story so there's bound to be some blood, gore, and maybe death. There's going to be descriptions of bullying (canonical and not) and suicide baiting (canonical and not). I'll add important warnings ahead of chapters if necessary.
Because I'm paranoid this story will be rated mature due to the possible violence that might ensue.

In the summer before high school, Deku went missing. But dispite his disappearance, Bakugōu got into UA just as he'd planned. Now the number one hero, Bakugōu gets sent on a rescue mission, and there he finds his old classmate, Deku. With Deku back in his life, Bakugōu starts to feel odd around the green-haired nerd. But when the League of Villains starts to go after Deku once again, they will have the number one hero to deal with this time. One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. Izuku however saw the flaws of society and decided that he wouldn't follow their rules.
