Three years after the war, Orynth is finally nearly rebuilt and Aelin is living a hectic but happy life as the Queen of Terrasen and the Faerie Queen of the West. That all is ripped away from her when a portal appears and drops her in a warring world. Aelin has to choose between hiding or going to war again, as she tries to find her way home. Will she make some new friends? Or more enemies? Will she find the way back home?
