ok now onto the story 

izuku yagi the son of toshinori and inko yagi parents who thought they were doing their best for izuku they gave him love affection and some attention when toshinori isnt training izumi to inherit ofa or doing hero work. inko is the same, they help izuku study and with his school work because they believe that he should be a doctor with his intelligence.
izuku doesnt know about his parents jobs ir about ofa izumi only knows her parents are heros.
izuku is bullied by izumi katsuki and shoto because she believes hes worthless and shouldn't get any of their parents attention and how they never praise her for school evan though shes not very smart and her friends agree shoto is doing it because he wants friends and only uses his ice to freeze izukus feet. how izumi is getting away with this is by stating that shes helping izuku train himself for the ua entrance exam because his parents believe he wants to become the next recovery girl by using technology.
