The story starts when the reader is unexpectedly asked to join the Special Operations Squad by Commander Erwin. As a rookie, she is surprised to be given such an honor of joining the most elite soldiers within the Scout Regiment. Corporal of the squad, Levi Ackerman, is not pleased with Erwin's decision and tries everything he can to get her to leave. If that wasn't enough, the reader's appearance reminds Levi of a dear friend he had lost many years ago, making it even harder to accept her into his squad. As the reader tries hard to prove her worth, she begins to have dreams of a past life she can't quite remember. With the ever increasing threats to humanity, she'll need to discover her past in order to save the ones she cares about the most.
