By the advice of her physiatrist, she is sent to a four week summer camp in Dowry Sound.
Apprehensive at first, Maia struggles with the concept of leaving the only town she's ever known. But all this young girl wants is to to be fixed, and that's what keeps her going on this unpredictable journey.
Soon, Maia meets Tray; a broken boy with a hurt heart. Alone, they are weak, but together they have the power to change both of their lives. All they need to do is agree to it.
