In this story MewGulf are already boyfriends living in together before Mew decided to have a pet with an intention to make it as Gulf's companion whenever he's not around due to his work. Gulf was not a pet lover but he just pretend that he's really happy and more than willing to take care of it. Mew is so happy that now they really look like a family because of Chopper. For him, its their baby. As time passes by, Mew really get too attached with this dog. Gulf wasn't liking it. Chopper always bark at Gulf, the dog doesn't like him and so was Gulf. And whenever they encounter it was like a battle between a human cat and a dog. Gulf wasn't hurting nor treating Chopper bad but they always battling in getting Mew's attention.
