Theory Of Us (On-Going)

Theory, they say it is a rational type of abstract thinking about a phenomenon or the results of such thinking. In other words, it's not true, it is just made up of humans who thought their own ways of thinking and researching about something.
But what if, there is one theory that is true. What if it is not just a made-up story? what if it is proven to be true? What if it's proven?
Maybe the hypothesis of this is theory is proven and will never be rejected.
