For as long as I've known, the world around me has survived as a blank canvas. Expressions only portrayed through the monochrome palette my eyes provided. That was until I met him. My blaze. My monochrome world started to turn monochromatic with bursts of colour in every shade, how long could this fire stay lit though?
In this world some are separated by the powers held behind their eyes. These powers are held in people like me, shadows... and our counterpart, blazes. A power couple may be formed through a successful pairing however, only once in a blue moon will those counterparts become one...call it destiny if you'd like.

Was This Really An Accident?
Noah moved to a new town just a few weeks before school starts back up again. He meets a few people on his bus and they end up best friends. One of them tells them about a party that they got invited to. They invite Noah and their other friend along. Noah gets sort of lost but finds his way to a corner. He hangs out there for a while until he feels someone bump into him. He's the one who says sorry and the other questions It. The question soon gets taken back. Someone calls the others name "Logan" Noah knew the boy was hot and he seemed nice, but he never got to ask him Anything. He snaps out of his thoughts when on of his friends show up. Noah asks them if they know anything about Logan and his friend responses with no but he's friends with someone who's friends with Logan. Soon the conversation turns into who can drink more. The next day Noah remembers that his friend said to leave notes in Logan's locker. And Noah does just that. After a while Logan needed to know who was leaving him the notes. He skipped class just to find out, but he got caught and sent to detention. Noah was also there for passing notes in class. Logan groaned an annoyance when he remembered Noah from the party. Then it hit him like a rock. The boy from the party was leaving the notes. The bell rang and before Logan could say anything Noah was gone.
