Nico met Batman, who decided to adopt him. dick and Tim are ok with him, for the most part, but not Jason and Damian, who go out of there way to make Nico miserable. on top of that, nico is still trying to cope with the deaths of his friends & family. will Nico fight through, or is this the end of our favorite pjo character?

They stared at each other for a long moment before Bruce finally said, "We fight for justice, not vengeance. If you allow yourself to sink down to that place, you may never come back. It will kill you if you keep on fighting to avenge things that have not even happened yet" Nico stared at his father, the rage that had been boiling underneath his skin every second since he had woken up back in November began to break through the surface. He took off his domino mask and tossed it onto the table, making sure that Bruce had to look at his eyes-- the ones that no longer resembled the fourteen year old that Bruce had once asked to join his family. The Son of Death in Gotham(A Nico Di Angelo Fan Fic)
Thanatos is annoyed with Nico, who made Hades mad at a jarring family dinner. He decides that Nico should have someone just as angry with him. Out of spite he takes the life of a camper Will was desperately trying to save. Will thought that something felt familiar about the death, but brushed it off to PTSD, he goes to Nico for comfort, it's always difficult to lose a patient. Then he talks to Nico and realizes what that familiar feeling is. Will is mad at Nico, Nico needs to get out of camp. He shadow travels to anywhere away from all his problems, and ends up in probably the most dangerous city in the US, Gotham. Oops. Now with his powers depleted, he has to try and find a way to survive in this city that reeks of death. After a few violent encounter with the locals, he finally gets some money and rents an apartment, expecting to be there for a while. Will he survive in this city of crime? Who was the mysteriously masked figure that was supposed to be dead? What is he supposed to do now? Sorry guys, this is my first fan Fic. Please comment if you see any inconsistencies or grammar mistakes:) I haven't watched like any DC and I'm only writing this because I read an AMAZHANG Fan Fic about this same crossover called Demigods in Gotham by @maddywasnothere2003 who is an amazing writer, you should read their books. Into the Shattered Night
Nico finally gets out of that weird hotel, only for everything to be different. There are a lot more lights, and everyone is staring at this tiny screen, and the weird lawyer lady is watching him now. His dad visits sometimes, but not enough. His sister is growing distant, which makes sense, she had her own life. It still hurt sometimes though. Then things start to change. He meets the Waynes, for one. Gotham is a big scary place, when he's allowed out into it, but they're nice. And their dad is funny. A lot funnier than his dad.(Don't tell Hades he said that. Ms. Alecto keeps saying he'd smite Nico. Nico didn't believe it, but still.) So yeah. Gotham is fine. His life is... nice. Even when the lights flicker because Bianca is yelling at him, then Ms. Alecto gets mad at her for not controlling her emotions. Even when he's allowed to go outside and he sees ghosts. He doesn't tell Ms. Alecto about that, he doesn't want her to get mad at him. Everything is fine. Then these weird people started coming around their house, and Ms. Alecto started telling them to stay out of the house. Where were they supposed to go? Bianca says the library. But Nico kinda wants to visit their neighbors next door. They seem nice. Not weird at all.
