Who knew a little explosion can destroy the whole world?
Opal was caught in a situation where she will have to take, even the the tiniest step, after looking around. She doesn't know where the monsters are hiding. Nor does she know what they are capable of. The virus transforms every single person who is infected to a different monster each 72 hours. It is upto the survivors to create the antidote for the virus. Before it's too late.
My first story. Feel free to criticise because I know it has mistakes. I will try to improve.

Running from our future
Centuries ago this was a great planet, now it's a husky shadow of its former beauty. Though the remnants of its former magic still linger it was destroyed by power hungry scientists. More tests to make more technology to go further, faster more this more that. Boom It all went up in flames, radiation spilled out into South America from the global power station in Brazil. The nuclear plant 15 times that of Chernobyl blew its top. The initial explosion flattened Brazil and the shockwaves were felt from the Florida keys. But the thing that truly ruined the world was the nuclear fallout. it rained down everywhere turning the world into a desolate wasteland deserts for miles and miles. Now you live in districts to survive, but what's the good in just being a number. Why would you look forward to a future of infant nothing, can you run from that? Where would you go? Where have the people who have escaped gone? Is that a future? What if there's someone who got left behind?
