2 years after the events in Egypt, Jotaro sits in a padded cell, wrapped in a straight jacket and suffering from vivid hallucinations of his dead best friend. His mind is broken and only heavy sedatives and a newly developed stand suppressant stand between him and the violence his mental state pushes him into.
The SPWF have a plan to bring him back. That plan includes the only person who can now reach Jotaro.
